After a week in Ocean City, we watched the sunrise, then loaded up the car and headed home. On the way, we wandered over to Rehoboth, Delaware for a Halloween lunch and a beer at Dogfish Head.

After years of eluding me, I finally visited Birch & Barley as well as the award-winning craft beer bar, Churchkey. Churchkey is one of the top 100 craft beer bars in the U.S., well-known for its 5 casks, 50 taps, and 500 bottles (555). Birch and Barley is its spectacular companion restaurant.

Drowning Our Sorrows
The loss of the 14-2 Baltimore Ravens to the wildcard Tennessee Titans was a bitter disappointment in Ravensland. The Titans were the dominant team, winning 28-12. I caught the first half at Sapwood Cellars where I picked up my Sap Club card and a growler of Hallow Bright.
