Mrs. Adventures and I joined some friends at the Columbia Lakefront yesterday for the 31st season of the Festival of the Arts. There is music, art, performances, and a beer garden (of course). And it’s all free!
It is nice to finally have a little dry weather. I’ve taken it easy after a long weekend in Philadelphia celebrating beer week. I did go to Frisco Taphouse on Wednesday with the gang to try a few of the 20 Wicked Weed beers on tap. I enjoyed 2 sours, the Black Angel (complex, balsamic, and tart, ) and La Bonté (made with pears; bursting with sweet, funky, and sour tastes ), both wonderful. Continue reading Beer Reads
