I dug out a Black Bears Home Brewery Caribou Dubbel from the back of my fridge a few days ago. Yum.

It is a silky smooth, well-balanced ale. This fine ale had a hint of hops with sweet, malty/cocoa flavors, and a trace of fig and cherry. It went down way too fast.
