I finally made it out to HoCo Brew Hive. Green Drinks had a get-together and I tagged along.

HoCo Brew Hive moved into the old T-Bones locations in Ellicott City, MD – 4910 Waterloo Rd., Ellicott City, MD. It’s a bit of a challenge maneuvering the MD 103/104 intersection, then finding the restaurant in the back of the shopping center.

At first glance, the space seems a bit grungy with tables scattered throughout the small dining room. The bar, however, is quite impressive, with an extensive set of taps and TVs on either end. I could see spending an afternoon there, sipping a beer, enjoying snacks and catching a football game.

The food did not disappoint! I picked the Honey House Salad and a Rogue Honey Kolsch, sticking with the honey theme of the place. Both were delicious but next time, I’ll definitely order something with fries, they were outstanding!
