As I walked into Stone Pint Night at Frisco Taphouse, I waved to the manager, Keith, but he was strangely unresponsive.

It turns out, this Keith was a life size cutout. It was good enough to fool me!

Stone Brewing of Escondido, California is one of the dominant west coast craft breweries, famous for their IPAs. I sampled their Xocoveza Stout, sort of a Mexican hot chocolate beer. I tasted cocoa, vanilla and lots of cinnamon with maybe some kind of pepper. A fun, different beer.
