It’s time to bring out your Mr. Scratchy T-shirts! Jim will celebrate his 100th unique beer at Frisco Tap House tonight!
Please let me explain. For those regulars at Frisco, after 50 unique beers, you receive a Frisco T-shirt. My T-shirt happened to be very itchy to wear, hence the name. After drinking 99 craft beers, the 100th is a non-crafty Natty Boh, and chugged. It will be a fun time tonight!
Also, tonight at Frisco is Flying Dog pint night. Frederick-based Flying Dog is the largest brewery in Maryland. Hopefully, they will have their Bloodline Nitro, my favorite Flying Dog ale.
The weather is getting colder and we are entering into the holiday season. Thanksgiving is just around the corner. That means we will hold our 3rd Annual Columbia Pub Crawl on Nov. 24th – 5miles, 5 pubs and lots of fun.
One more celebration. My beer diet continues. After a 2 week sabbatical (my niece’s wedding in Houston), I’m back on the diet and nearing my goal. Only 1 pound to go!

Bring on the Boh!
What a weird (but fun) tradition!
It was a Blast! Thank you to everyone that came to celebrate with me!
A really good time!
