I’m halfway to 200 lbs! Plus, I’ve met my weekly goal of losing one pound as per The Beer Diet. That means I can drink beer this week at today’s “Grand-ish” Opening of Sapwood Cellars and Punktoberfest.
Like a football coach, I’m trying to look at this “journey to 200” one week at a time; however, with the words “You’re projected to hit your goal on Monday, Dec 10, 2018” posted on Lose It!, I’m losing focus. Next Wednesday is Bell’s Pint Night at Frisco Tap House, so I have a great incentive to make-weight again next week.
