Yay, I’m down 10 pounds from September 1; the Beer Diet seems to be working! As you can see, I’m logging my weight every day in the app, Lose It!

The 2 upward bumps on the graph are the day after parties. I have a get-together this Friday that I’m just a wee bit concerned about. I’ve met this week’s target weight, 212.6, today. Thursday’s weight will determine how many beers I can have Friday.
Remember, if I lose a pound, I can keep drinking beer; if I don’t – no beer for me for a week!
