A friend and I dropped by for the Jailbreak tasting. We enjoyed sampling some of

Jailbreak’s beers from their sales representative, Jennifer Sullivan. We had a fun time listening to her describe and share 4 beers. They were:
- The Infinite – A session amber with some sweet caramel taste and mild hop finish.
- Feed the Monkey – a German-style hefeweizen with traditional clove and banana taste. Jailbreak has added real orange to the flavor.
- White Russian – this one surprised me with its subtle coffee flavor and creamy taste. Jennifer mentioned it contains real cream.
- Poor Righteous – Their west coast IPA. The juicy grapefruit nose is enticing and the crisp hop finish is just about right.
High energy Jennifer is a perfect fit for the Laurel-based brewery. Her enthusiasm of Jailbreak’s beers is infectious. It was a real treat to watch this cicerone (certified beer server) share her knowledge of beer and the beer industry to novice and old-hand alike.
Cheers!
